This vegetarian pasta casserole is pretty much a dump the four ingredients in a baking dish and bake until done. It's so easy, it's a perfect weeknight meal.
24 oz. package frozen cheese ravioli
23-24 oz. marinara sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce in the prepared baking dish, covering the bottom, about 1/2 c. Add half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer; pour in half of the remaining marinara sauce; sprinkle on half of the Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers one more time, starting with ravioli. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake, uncovered, for 20-25 more minutes or until bubbly and hot in center.
Remove from the oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
