One Skillet Brown Sugar Apple Pork Tenderloin

This easy to make dish is so delicious, tender, and juicy, you may want to serve it on special occasions. It's ready in less than 30 minutes, with wonderful flavors that aren't too sweet or tangy.

Ingredients

1 1/2 - 3 lb. pork tenderloin
salt and pepper
3 T. oil, to oil skillet
½ c. brown sugar
3 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. minced garlic
2 T. apple juice
2 medium Fuji, Honey Crisp or Gala apples, sliced into wedges
fresh parsley or thyme, for serving

Season pork tenderloin on all sides with salt and pepper.

Drizzle oil into a large skillet; bring it to medium heat on the stovetop.

Stir together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and apple juice; rub all over the pork.

Cook pork in the hot, oiled skillet, turning every 2-3 minutes to ensure even cooking. After about 10 minutes, add apple wedges; cook until tender and pork is white through the middle, with no pink left.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or thyme.
