Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 3 lb. pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper
- 3 T. oil, to oil skillet
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 3 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 2 T. apple juice
- 2 medium Fuji, Honey Crisp or Gala apples, sliced into wedges
- fresh parsley or thyme, for serving
Steps
- Season pork tenderloin on all sides with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle oil into a large skillet; bring it to medium heat on the stovetop.
- Stir together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and apple juice; rub all over the pork.
