Hungry for a Big MacThese Big Mac Wraps are a lighter version of a classic Big Mac. They are certainly a bit healthier without all of the guilt.
Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. grated onion
2 T. ketchup
1 Tl pickle relish
2 t. yellow mustard
1 t. white vinegar
1/4 t. paprika
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. chopped pickles
1/4 c. diced tomatoes
Big Mac Sauce:
Whisk together the mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet; discard excess grease. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Assembly:
Assemble wraps with the lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, tomatoes, seasoned beef, and sauce on each tortilla; fold wraps; secure with toothpicks.
Serve immediately.
