Hungry for a Big MacThese Big Mac Wraps are a lighter version of a classic Big Mac. They are certainly a bit healthier without all of the guilt.
Ingredients
- Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. grated onion
- 2 T. ketchup
- 1 Tl pickle relish
- 2 t. yellow mustard
- 1 t. white vinegar
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sliced onions
- 1/4 c. chopped pickles
- 1/4 c. diced tomatoes
Steps
- Big Mac Sauce:
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet; discard excess grease. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
