Everyone loves a dish that is super simple to prepare that will give you rave reviews. This chicken has a sweet and tangy flavor, is delicious and fork tender. Serve it with your favorite cooked rice.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 c. apricot preserves
- 1 c. French dressing
- 1 oz. envelope Lipton's dry onion soup mix
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray/grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Trim off and discard any fat from the chicken. Pound out chicken with the edge of a small plate or meat mallet, if desired but not necessary. Cut chicken into serving size pieces; pat dry with paper towels.
- Place in the prepared baking dish.
