Just about everything is better with Everything Bagel Seasoning, including chicken cutlets. Serve these delicious breaded cutlets with a side of mixed greens topped with an easy to make lemon dressing.

Ingredients

• Chicken:
• 4 chicken cutlets
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1/4 c. milk
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1 1/4 c. panko bread crumbs
• 3 T. Everything Bagel Seasoning
• 3 T. salted butter
• 3 T. olive oil
• Easy Lemon Dressing:
• 1/2 c. olive oil
• 1 T. Dijon mustard
• 2 t. honey
• 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/4 c.)
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Salad:
• 4 c. mixed greens
• 1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
• 2 lemons, halved or sliced, for garnish

Steps

1. Chicken:
2. Season cutlets with 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper.
3. Add the flour to a shallow bowl. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a second bowl, making an egg wash. Stir together the panko and Everything Bagel Seasoning in a third bowl.
