Description
These French Dip Biscuits make a great appetizer, lunch or even a light dinner. They are made with canned refrigerated biscuits, deli roast beef and cheese, served with Au Jus Gravy and/or mustard.
Ingredients
- 16.3 oz. can refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- 1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 2 T. creamy horseradish, or to taste
- 8 slices Provolone, Swiss, Cheddar, or Mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz. packet Au Jus Gravy mix
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open biscuit can; separate each biscuit into 2 layers, making 16 biscuit pieces. Spread each layer with horseradish.
- Top half of the biscuit layers with a slice of provolone cheese and roast beef; top the meat and cheese with the remaining biscuits; pinch the edges to seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
