Look no further for an easy, special, sweet and savory breakfast. It's ready in about 40 minutes with just a few ingredients.
1 can cinnamon rolls
15 - 20 sausage links, any kind
4 T. butter
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 c. powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Unroll each of the 5 cinnamon rolls; cut each into 3 or 4 equal pieces.
Wrap 1 piece of dough around each sausage link; place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cinnamon roll starts to turn golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the glaze. Mix together the butter and maple syrup; slowly add the powdered sugar; mix until combined and lump free.
Drizzle the glaze over the pigs in a blanket.
Serve.
