Description

Serve this appetizer dip at your next gathering. It's warm and creamy, with two kinds of gooey cheese, cream cheese, refried beans and taco seasoning.

Ingredients

2 - 16 oz. cans refried beans
8 oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 taco seasoning packet, your favorite
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
chopped green onions, for garnish
tortilla chips, for dippers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, refried beans, taco seasoning, and sour cream; mix until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle the shredded cheeses evenly on top.

Bake 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly browned and the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and with tortilla chips, for dippers.
