Ingredients
- Meatloaf:
- 1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
- Mushroom Gravy:
- 2 T. meatloaf drippings
- 2 T. butter
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. beef broth
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
Steps
- Meatloaf:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place breadcrumbs in a large bowl; add milk; stir.
