Description
These little gems are perfect for breakfast, a light lunch or even a light dinner with a side salad. They can be enjoyed in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1 - 10 count can of biscuits, with layers
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 2 T. honey, warmed
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick cooking spray.
- Separate biscuits into 2 layers; place the bottom biscuit halves on the prepared baking sheet. Top with a mound of Swiss cheese and ham. Place the tops of the biscuits on top. Brush the tops with the melted butter.
- Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
