Honey Ham Biscuits

Description

These little gems are perfect for breakfast, a light lunch or even a light dinner with a side salad. They can be enjoyed in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 - 10 count can of biscuits, with layers
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 2 T. honey, warmed

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Separate biscuits into 2 layers; place the bottom biscuit halves on the prepared baking sheet. Top with a mound of Swiss cheese and ham. Place the tops of the biscuits on top. Brush the tops with the melted butter.
  3. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
