Description
These fabulous cookies start with a semi- sweet chocolate chip cookie dough and then taken to a heavenly level with the rich taste of toffee of Heath candy bars.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, cold, cubed into 1/2 inch pieces*
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 t. kosher salt
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 4 Heath candy bars, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the butter and both sugars in a bowl; beat until smooth. Add the eggs; beat until incorporated.
- Whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
