Description

Dinner is easy when you make this delicious cheesy taco casserole in your crock pot. Use your choice of ground meat, shredded hash browns, seasonings and lots of cheese.

Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat (beef, pork, turkey, or chicken)
choice of seasonings, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper
30 oz. frozen shredded hash browns
10.5 oz. Rotel or canned tomatoes with green chiles, drained
10.5 oz. cheese soup
1 oz. packet taco seasoning
2 c. Mexican Blend shredded cheese, divided

In a skillet, brown the meat; discard excess grease.
Add a bit of seasonings like garlic, onion, or salt; stir.

In the bottom of a large crockpot, add browned meat, hash browns, tomatoes with green chiles, cheese soup, taco seasoning, and half the shredded cheese; stir well. Top with the remaining cheese.

Cover. Cook on High for 3 hours or on Low for 4-5 hours.

Serve.
