Everyone will rave over these chicken tenders. they are crispy on the outside, tener and juicy on the inside and full of flavor. They make a great appetizer or a main dish.
1 lb. chicken tenders
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt or sour cream)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Crush the Ritz crackers; add to a shallow bowl or a plate.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic and onion powders. Coat the chicken tenders in the mixture; then dredge in the crushed Ritz crackers.
Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1-2 minutes of baking time.
4 servings.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
