Ingredients
- Meatloaf:
- 6 oz. box Stove Top Stuffing Mix, any flavor
- 3/4 c. beef broth (low or no sodium is fine)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lb. lean ground beef (at least 80/20)
- Gravy:
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. black pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Add the stuffing mix to a large bowl; stir in the beef broth; let sit 5 minutes.
- Add the eggs; add Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
