Description

Chocolate lovers will go crazy over this gooey brownie pie. It's a cross between brownies and a rich chocolate pie topped with hot fudge.

Ingredients

• 6 T. butter
• 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1/4 t. baking powder
• 1/4 t. salt
• hot fudge, for serving

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a pie plate or a 9 inch spring form pan.
2. In a heat safe bowl, melt butter and 2 c. chocolate chips together until smooth in the microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals or use a double boiler. Let cool.
3. Use an electric mixer to beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Stir/mix in the cooled chocolate.
