Ingredients
3 - 4 lb. chuck roast
1 packet Ranch dressing mix
1 packet Italian dressing mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
2 c. beef broth or stock
1/2 c. water
4 - 6 medium potatoes, quartered
4 - 5 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 medium onion, quartered

Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Combine the Ranch dressing mix, Italian dressing mix, and brown gravy mix in a bowl; whisk in the beef broth and water until smooth.
Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over the chuck roast; place the potatoes, carrots, and onion around the roast.
Cover; cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours, until the roast is tender and easily falls apart with a fork.
Remove the roast from the slow cooker; shred with 2 forks.
Serve the roast and vegetables drizzled with the gravy from the slow cooker.
