Ingredients
- 16 oz. package ground breakfast sausage
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. milk
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 T. olive oil, or as needed
- 12 inch pre-baked pizza crust
- non-stick cooking spray
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned, stirring occasionally, 5 - 7 minutes. Discard grease. Stir in flour until dissolved; add 2 c. milk, stirring occasionally until gravy reaches desired consistency, about 10 minutes. Season gravy with black pepper.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; brush with olive oil. Spread half of the gravy over the olive oil.
