- 1-2 sweet Italian sausages, casings removed *
- 2 c. pizza toppings **
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Steps

- Spray 4 medium, oven-safe bowls or 12 oz. ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
- If using sausage or a meat that needs cooking, brown it in a skillet over medium-high heat; discard grease. Set aside.
