Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 T. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 c. chicken broth/stock
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 3 T. butter
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- freshly chopped parsley, if desired
Steps
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet; set aside.
