Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- Vegetables:*
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 c. potatoes, diced
- 1 c. corn kernels
- 1 c. green beans, chopped
- Sauce:
- 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Steps
- Base:
- Brown ground beef in skillet; discard fat. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened. Transfer to a slow cooker.
- Add all of the vegetables. Stir in the soup and seasonings; stir gently to combine. Cover. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours until the vegetables are tender.
