Description
Enjoy a twist of the popular Big Mac at home using flour tortillas instead of buns. It's a little lighter but still has all of the flavor that's expected in a Big Mac.
Ingredients
- Special Sauce:
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 T. yellow mustard
- 1 t. white vinegar
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. onion powder
- Ground Beef:
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- optional dill pickle slices, for serving
Steps
- Special Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover. Refrigerate while preparing the rest of the dish.
