Burger Mixture:
In a bowl, mix the chopped rosemary and A.1. sauce into the ground meat, distributing evenly. Season with salt and pepper.

Hamburger Patties:
Use your hands to divide the meat into 4 parts; form each part into a patty.

If the meat is low-fat, add some olive oil to the mixture, or after the patties have been formed, rub some oil over them before cooking.

Grilling Burgers:
Place the patties on a preheated, hot grill or grill pan.

If indoors using a grill pan, be sure to use your stove vent fan and lower the heat to medium-high.

Grill on one side until you can see the juice begin to run at the surface. Flip over; grill on the second side, until some juice comes through.

If serving with cheese, add right at the end to give it a little time to melt.

Grilling the Buns:
If desired, brown the insides of the buns on the hot grill surface. Onions can be either served fresh or sauteed in a little olive oil.

Serving:
Serve the burgers with choices of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, onions, avocado, more A.1. sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard.

4 servings.
