Ingredients
- 4 medium Russet potatoes
- 4 T. salted butter, melted
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. minced garlic
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, grated
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt. Dry.
- Place a potato on a cutting board; position a butter knife through each side to prevent cutting through the potato completely. Use a sharp knife to slice the potato crosswise into 1/8" thick slices, being careful to keep the base intact. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
