Everyone will love the healthy, sweet and tangy flavor of these teriyaki chicken breasts. They're easy to prepare, quick to cook and there is very little clean up.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- olive oil
- 1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.*
- Place 2 large pieces of aluminum foil on the countertop.
- Place a chicken breast in the center on each foil piece; drizzle on olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
