Make these crispy chicken wings using your oven instead of a deep fryer and then drizzle them in a garlic parmesan sauce. They're perfect to make for a few people or a large crowd.
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings:
- 2 to 3 lb. fresh not frozen chicken wings, drumettes and flats
- 1 T. aluminum-free baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. paprika
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 1/4 c. salted butter, melted
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
Steps
- Chicken Wings:
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Place the chicken wings on a large cutting board. Pat the wings as dry as possible with paper towels.
