These simple to make pork chops will make you think of growing up and enjoying those wonderful pork chops and gravy. The crock pot makes these easy to cook, just brown them first and place them in the crock with seasoned flour and chicken stock. Serve wit
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 - 3/4 t. garlic powder
6-8 boneless pork chops
2 T. oil, your favorite for frying
10.5 oz can chicken stock or broth
Line the inside of a 5-6 qt. crock pot with a crock pot liner for easy clean up. Spray the inside of the liner with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together flour, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl; sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with some of the flour mixture; reserve remaining mixture for later use.
Pour oil in a skillet; brown both sides of the pork chops over medium-high heat.
In the bowl with the flour mixture, stir in the stock/broth with a fork, breaking up lumps; pour into the crock pot; place the browned pork chops and all of their yummy bits in the crock pot; cover; cook on High 2 1/2 hours or on Low 4-5 hours.
