Quick, easy and delicious
2 lb. flounder
2 T lemon juice
1/2 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. Butter
3 T mayonnaise
3 T chopped onion
1/4 t salt
Coat foil with olive oil
Place fish on foil and drizzle with lemon juice
Crimp foil edges
Grill 4 min. Over medium heat
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fillets
Grill 3-4 minutes longer, until flaky
