Description
Are you hungry for a cheeseburger or a quesadilla? Enjoy both at the same time with this incredible cheeseburger quesadilla recipe. It's a great option for busy days and can be on the table in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. prepared yellow mustard
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. mayonnaise or less as desired
2 T. 2% milk
2 T. dill pickle relish
1/4 t. black pepper
8 - 8" flour tortillas
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, or favorite
shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and sour cream, optional toppings

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, crumbling beef; discard excess grease. Stir in ketchup, mustard, bacon and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
While the beef is cooking, combine the mayonnaise, milk, relish and black pepper in a small bowl.
Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
Sprinkle each of 4 tortillas with 1/4 c. cheese; top each with one fourth of the beef mixture; place a tortilla on top of each one.
Cook on the griddle until the tortillas are golden brown and cheese has melted, 1-2 minutes on per side.
Serve with the sauce, topped with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, if desired.
