Description
Are you hungry for a cheeseburger or a quesadilla? Enjoy both at the same time with this incredible cheeseburger quesadilla recipe. It's a great option for busy days and can be on the table in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. prepared yellow mustard
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise or less as desired
- 2 T. 2% milk
- 2 T. dill pickle relish
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 8 - 8" flour tortillas
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, or favorite
- shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and sour cream, optional toppings
Steps
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, crumbling beef; discard excess grease. Stir in ketchup, mustard, bacon and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- While the beef is cooking, combine the mayonnaise, milk, relish and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
