Description
These pizzas make a delicious snack, lunch or dinner. The low-carb tortillas make a great crispy crust and the fresh veggies make it healthy.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cu. chopped onion
- 1/2 cu. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 -6 inch low-carb flour or whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cu. shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Place tortillas on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with onion mixture, oregano, garlic powder, tomato, and mozzarella cheese.
