Description
These potato nachos are a different take on regular nachos. Instead of nacho chips, use sliced baked potato. You will get rave reviews for this meal!
Ingredients
- baked potatoes
- 1 T. cumin
- 1 T. chili powder
- olive oil
- 1 large ziplock bag
- your choice nacho topping
- any other toppings of your choice like green onions, yellow onions, jalapeno, black olives etc.
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel and slice potatoes ¼ inch thickness. Place in the ziplock bag, drizzle the oil in it, then add t spices and shake and mix it up, until all potatoes are evenly coated.
- Grill in oven or fry them until they're golden brown on both sides, about 10 minutes on each side.
