A quick Mexican Salad.
1 small head of lettuce, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
bag of Nacho chips
1 can of chili beans
chili powder to taste
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Thousand Island or Ranch Dressing
Brown and drain hamburger. Mix in the undrained chili beans and chili powder and heat through. Serve in bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, nacho chips, cheese and salad dressing on top on top.
