Bored with your chicken recipes? This dish will certainly wake you up. It is creamy and can be as spicy as you wish.
Ingredients
- 4 -6 chicken breasts, washed, patted dry, cooked and cut into chunks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth/stock
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (with or without green chilies)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/4 t. red pepper flakes, optional
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Drain.
- In a bowl, mix soup, broth/stock, red pepper flakes, if using and Ro-tel tomatoes together.
