  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 10 oz. can fat-free refried beans
  • 1 c. reduced-fat Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. shredded 2% Mexican cheese
  • 1 c. shredded reduced -fat Mozzarella cheese
  • fat-free sour cream, optional

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef; drain; add taco seasoning according to package directions; simmer.
  3. Mix Bisquick, water and refried beans in a small bowl.
