Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 10 oz. can fat-free refried beans
- 1 c. reduced-fat Bisquick
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. shredded 2% Mexican cheese
- 1 c. shredded reduced -fat Mozzarella cheese
- fat-free sour cream, optional
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef; drain; add taco seasoning according to package directions; simmer.
- Mix Bisquick, water and refried beans in a small bowl.
