Description
Taco Tuesdays or Thursdays could be better. Change them up by serving them in biscuits instead of shells. Enjoy them with extra cheese, salsa, chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions or whatever you desire.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. package taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. salsa, divided
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked, drained
- 16.3 oz. can Grands biscuits
- 4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 1 c. sour cream, if desired
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook and drain ground beef.
- In medium saucepan, cook taco seasoning mix, water, 1/2 c. salsa and ground beef until thickened.
