¼ c. finely chopped cilantro
1 t. pepper
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1 c. margarita mix
1 T. sugar
¼ c. olive oil
4 chicken breasts
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cilantro, pepper, garlic powder, salt, margarita mix, sugar and olive oil; mx well. Place chicken in a resealable zip lock bag; pour mixture over chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Lightly oil the grates on a grill; preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade. Cook the chicken on the prepared grate/grill until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 7 minutes per side.
