Skip the bun and make your cheeseburger in a flour tortilla wrap instead. It's a fun and delicious way to enjoy a cheeseburger in a different way.
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. ketchup
1 t. dried minced onion
black pepper and salt, to taste
5 large flour tortillas
shredded Cheddar cheese
mustard
tomato slices
lettuce
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; discard excess grease. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion, salt and pepper; stir.
Reduce heat to low; heat mixture about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle some cheese down the center of each tortilla; add a few heaping tablespoons of beef mixture on top of cheese; drizzle a little mustard and more ketchup, if desired, on top of the beef; add several tomato slices. Roll up each tortilla burrito-style.
Place wraps, several at a time, onto a preheated indoor grill; grill for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Carefully remove wraps from grill; transfer to a plate. Very gently, open wrap to add some lettuce. Re-roll wrap; cut diagonally in the center.
Serve immediately.
