Description
These low carb and Keto friendly taco shells are to die for. They are easy to make and so delicious, you will wonder why you haven't made them before.
Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 T. taco seasoning
- shredded lettuce, for serving
- chopped tomatoes, for serving
- hot sauce, for serving
- other favorite taco toppings
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place 1/2 c. mounds of cheddar cheese on the prepared baking sheet; season with pepper.
- Bake until cheese is melty and slightly crispy, 5 - 7 minutes. Blot and remove grease with a paper towel.
