32 oz. package frozen tater tots
8 oz. package shredded Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, divided
1 c. cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
8 oz. container sour cream
1 Ranch dressing seasoning packet/package
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper.
Bake tater tots according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes, until good and crispy.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the tater tots; add bacon; bake for 2 minutes.
Remove from oven; spread on sour cream; sprinkle Ranch seasoning evenly over the top.; spread on more cheese and bacon, garnish with chopped green onion.
Serve.
