Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a pie dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Remove crescent rolls from package; pull apart triangles; place triangles along the inside center of the pie dish. Using your hands, press together and pull the dough so that it's evenly spread along the dish and up the sides so that it looks like a pie crust.

Bake dough according to the crescent roll package directions for about 11 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden. Remove crescent pie crust from oven; set aside.

In a skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until brown or cooked through; drain/discard the excess grease; stir in the taco seasoning; heat until warm.

Add ground beef to the pie crust. Sprinkle cheese on top; place pie into the oven for another 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.

While cheese is melting, mix sour cream and taco sauce in a small bowl.

Cut small slices of fresh tomato.

Remove taco pie from oven; spread sour cream mixture evenly on top; evenly distribute shredded lettuce and tomatoes over the sour cream mixture.

Cut and serve.

4 servings.
