8 c. (8 oz.) kettle cooked potato chips, favorite flavor
8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream or Ranch dressing
Microwave Method:
Spread chips on a large microwaveable plate; top with cheese; microwave on HIGH 1- 2 min. or until cheese has melted.
Serve, topped with remaining ingredients.
Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chips evenly on a small sheet pan. Top evenly with cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven. Serve, topped with remaining ingredients.
