Short on time? Dinner can be on the table in about 20 minutes with these delicious and flavorful chicken wraps.
Ingredients
- 1 T. oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 1 packet Lawry's Chicken Taco Spices and Seasonings
- 15 1/2 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
- 1 T. chopped fresh cilantro, optional
- 8 burrito-size (10 inch) tortillas, warmed
- Assorted choice of toppings: Mexican or Cheddar shredded cheese, guacamole, sliced avocado, sour cream.
Steps
- Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 - 8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Stir in seasoning mix, beans, tomato, chiles, green onions and cilantro. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Spoon about 1/2 c. of the chicken mixture on each tortilla. Add assorted toppings, as desired. Roll up.
