Short on time? Dinner can be on the table in about 20 minutes with these delicious and flavorful chicken wraps.
1 T. oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
1 packet Lawry's Chicken Taco Spices and Seasonings
15 1/2 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 c. sliced green onions
4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 T. chopped fresh cilantro, optional
8 burrito-size (10 inch) tortillas, warmed
Assorted choice of toppings: Mexican or Cheddar shredded cheese, guacamole, sliced avocado, sour cream.
Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 - 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Stir in seasoning mix, beans, tomato, chiles, green onions and cilantro. Simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon about 1/2 c. of the chicken mixture on each tortilla. Add assorted toppings, as desired. Roll up.
Serve with assorted toppings.
