Description
These taco salad cups are easy to make and are ready in about 20 minutes. They make a great light entrée or appetizer for any type of celebration.
Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 t. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 c. finely shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 1/2 c. guacamole
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/4 c. sour cream
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Arrange the wonton wrappers in a 12 cup regular size muffin pan; spray them lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 5 minutes; remove from the oven; set aside.
